These Guest Terms apply when you view or contribute content to an event gallery on Upload the Love. By accessing a gallery or uploading photos or videos, you agree to these terms.

1. Eligibility

• You are at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent in your region).
• You have permission to access the event gallery.

2. Using the Service

• Follow the host’s rules and any passcodes or time limits.
• Only upload content related to the event.
• Do not upload malware or attempt to disrupt the service.

3. Your Content

• You keep ownership of your content.
• You grant the host a non-exclusive license to display, download, and use your content for the event.
• You grant Upload the Love a limited license to host, process, and deliver your content to the host and permitted viewers.
• You confirm you have rights to upload the content and that it does not infringe anyone’s rights.

4. Host Moderation

• Hosts can approve, hide, delete, or download guest uploads.
• Hosts control gallery privacy and download permissions.

5. Privacy

• We process data to operate the service. See our Privacy Notice (link in footer) for details.
• The host may export or retain approved content after the event window.

6. Prohibited Content

See the Acceptable Use Policy for full detail. Examples include:

• Illegal, hateful, harassing, or exploitative content.
• Sexual content involving minors or non-consensual acts.
• Infringing, deceptive, or privacy-violating content.
• Spam, malware, or security abuse.

7. Intellectual Property

• Do not remove watermarks or attempt to bypass download settings.
• Respect third-party rights in any music, images, or footage you upload.

8. Availability

• Service may be interrupted for maintenance or due to host limits.
• We may remove content or restrict access to protect users or comply with law.

9. Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” without warranties. To the maximum extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
